Spencer Stuart is a licensed and insured drone operator and enthusiast based in Brownsburg, Indiana (just outside Indianapolis). He started flying in 2023 and since then, he’s logged over 400 hours of flight and started the air support unit for the Zionsville Police Department, where he has served as a police officer since 2023.
